OCEANIA SKY-LAND

In this series, Max Serradifalco photographs fragments of Pacific Ocean atolls by heterogeneously exploiting the fractal qualities of the lines of coral reefs, transforming them into imaginary horizons of mountainous or polar landscapes, or into abstract, fantastic, dreamlike scenarios. In the new landscapes derived from the original sceneries, the blue chromaticism of the ocean doubles and also becomes sky.
